You have made your reservation directly on our website Encore Mieux
Option 1: you have included the flexible cancellation policy in your booking
You shall modify your reservation before 6 p.m. of your arrival date. You can modify your stay by contacting our customer service: +33 9 74 99 32 32
Option 2: you have not opted for the flexible cancellation policy
You cannot modify your reservation. Your reservation is therefore neither modifiable nor refundable.
You have made your reservation with one of our partners (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotel.com, Airbnb, etc.)
